Y2M, a French simplified joint-stock company registered under number 901 305 680 RCS Saint-Brieuc, whose registered office is located at 29 avenue du Léon, 22190 Plérin, France ("Y2M" or "we"), offers digital marketing services in the music sector to its customers, labels and artists (the "Customers").
Customers can create promotional pages known as "Fanlinks".
When you consult a Fanlink, cookies and other trackers are deposited on your terminal (computer, cell phone, tablet). This Cookies Policy (the "Policy") describes the cookies and other trackers we use and the tools available to you to manage them.
A "cookie" is a small computer file designed to collect information from your terminal, whether a computer, cell phone or tablet. We use other types of files, known as "trackers", for the same purposes. All these files, whatever their nature, will hereafter be referred to generically as "cookies".
Cookies deposited by the Fanlink publisher (here, the Customer) and/or its technical service providers (here, Y2M) are referred to as "first-party cookies".

These cookies make it possible to provide certain functionalities (for example, advertising, interactive content and content sharing on social networks) via the Fanlink.
The Customer and Y2M cannot access third-party cookies, just as third-party companies cannot access the data contained in first-party cookies.
The cookies placed on Fanlinks are issued by 2 different parties: Y2M and third-party partners.
A Fanlink is published by a Customer.
As a technical service provider, we place and use internal cookies on behalf of the Customer who publishes the Fanlink. We act as a data processor, while the Customer acts as the data controller.
To find out the identity of the publisher of each Fanlink, you can consult the "Cookie Preferences" module displayed on each Fanlink. This is generally the artist or the label representing them, depending on who has entered into a contract with us.

The Customer and the partners will be considered to be joint data controller for processing when the Customers authorizes the deposit of third-party cookies on the Fanlink.
However, neither the Customer nor Y2M will be data controller for any further personal data processing carried out by the third-party company and the third-party company shall act as a separate data controller for this processing.
We ensure that all our partners process your personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and regulations and undertake to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your data.

No cookie will be deposited on your terminal without your prior consent, with the exception of certain cookies whose sole purpose is to enable or facilitate communication by electronic means, or which are strictly necessary for the provision of an online communication service at your express request.
Your acceptance or refusal of cookies is, regardless of the type of cookies concerned, retained for a period of 6 months. Your consent will be requested again at the end of this 6-month period by displaying the information banner.
